Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 27, 2026
Lonely, also referred to as Less Lonely, is a social mobile application that helps adults share posts, meet new people, message, and track personal counters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use our app, website, and related services.
By using Lonely, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Adults only. Lonely is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts or use the service.
1. Information We Collect
Account and profile information
When you create or update an account, we may collect your display name, email address, authentication provider identifier, avatar, cover photo, bio, gender, date of birth, language preferences, and other profile details you choose to provide.
Content and social activity
We collect the content you create or interact with in the app, including posts, photos, comments, likes, reports, blocks, friend requests, messages, counter information, and similar activity needed to provide the service.
Authentication information
We support sign-in methods such as email/password, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and Firebase Authentication. Depending on the method you choose, we receive identifiers and account details from those providers, such as your email address, display name, and provider user ID.
Device, usage, and technical information
We may collect device and app information such as device type, operating system, app version, language, network status, IP address, crash or diagnostic information, notification token, and logs about how features are used.
Purchases, subscriptions, and ads
If you purchase premium features, payment is handled by the app store and subscription services such as RevenueCat. We receive subscription status and entitlement information, not your full payment card details. If the app shows ads or rewarded ads, advertising partners such as Google AdMob may process device identifiers and ad interaction data according to their own policies.
